The abstract acceptance notification with presentation details has been sent on November 28 to all with an accepted abstract.
Please note, you must register for ISN Frontiers 2018 to present your abstract.
High score abstracts from the ISN Frontiers 2018 travel grants winners will be selected for the Young Investigator Award (YIA) oral session. The ISN is planning to give some of the selected YIA winners a chance to present their abstract at the World Congress of Nephrology (WCN) 2019 in Melbourne. For further details, please CLICK HERE.
REGULATIONS OF SUBMISSION
1) Maximum 300 words in abstract body.
2) Author names should be supplied in the following order: surname and last name.
3) All affiliations should contain institution, city and country.
4) Subheadings should be included: [Introduction] – [Methods] – [Results] – [Conclusion]
5) Table/Figure: can be included and must be cited in the abstract text*
*Only one table or figure can be attached.
You will receive an e-mail immediately after you have submitted your abstract. Applicants must make sure they receive an e-mail with the domain: @reg.ibmd.jp.
Please be aware that any amendment or correction is NOT allowed after the submission deadline.
The author assigned to present the chosen abstract will be notified by November 21, 2017 about the type of presentation and will be required to register for the meeting. The presenting authors are entitled to register at the early bird rate by December 4, 2017. If they are unable to register by December 4, 2017, they can register at the regular rate.
Please note that if the presenting authors fail to register by December 31, 2017, their abstract will not be printed in the program and abstract book. Their poster will also not be presented at ISN Frontiers 2018.

Accepted abstracts will be printed in the book of abstracts, which will be distributed as a part of the meeting material.
Submitted abstracts CANNOT be withdrawn or changed after October 31, 2017. No exception will be made. Should you need to amend an abstract, please make it before October 31, 2017.
Submitted abstracts must describe unpublished work, which is not already in the press or not awaiting possible acceptance by any other society or event.
By submitting the abstract, the author assigns copyright to the ISN.
INVITED SPEAKER ABSTRACTS
Invited speakers will be contacted separately to submit their abstracts and must not use the regular abstract submission form on the website. For further information please get in touch with the secretariat of the local organizers at firstname.lastname@example.org.
ORGAN TRAFFICKING AND TOURISM ETHICS COMPLIANCE
ISN supports the need to stop practices and policies of organ trafficking and tourism. Scientific studies and clinical activities should be performed in keeping with the ethical principles delineated in the below policy documents. To be eligible to submit an abstract for the ISN Frontiers meeting, applicants must disclose that the author(s)/ scientist(s) have not violated any aspect of the Declaration of Istanbul (DOI) on Organ Trafficking and Transplant Tourism ethics' statement and that this research conforms with the ethical statement on human research subject, Helsinki Declaration, the ethical statements of the Transplantation Society, TTS Ethics Policy and the TTS Ethics China as well as the ethical statements of the International Xenotransplantation Association.
