The organizers of ISN Frontiers 2018 do not accept liability including the event of cancellation of the meeting, for individual medical, travel or personal insurance and strongly advise the participants to take out health and travel insurance.
Language and Translation
The official language of the meeting is English. Presentations will be delivered in English and no translation service will be provided.
Certificate of Attendance
All registered participants except Accompanying person registrants can receive Certificate of Attendance at the registration desk at the venue as of February 24, 2018 after 2:00 pm.
Confirmation of Registration
Upon finalizing your online registration and completing payment, you will receive an immediate e-acknowledgement including all the details of your registration.
Approximately two weeks before the meeting, you will receive an e-mail including all updated useful and important meeting information. In the unlikely event that you not receive your confirmation within the timeline mentioned above, please contact the secretariat, E-mail: .
Letter of invitation
On request, ISN Frontiers 2018 customer service staff (firstname.lastname@example.org) will send a letter of invitation to attend the meeting. This is extended specifically to assist participants to obtain travel funds, appropriate visas, approvals, sponsorship or official leave. It does not imply a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any support, financial or otherwise. A letter of invitation will be issued to the only registered delegates who have completed payment of registration fees.
No official shuttle buses and transportation is arranged or included in the registration fees. For the access information, please visit the travel information tab on this website.
Lunch and Refreshments
- Daily coffee breaks are scheduled at the poster / exhibition area (except February 22, 2018) and are included in the registration fees.
- Receptions are scheduled on Thursday February 22, Friday February 23 and Saturday February 24, 2018.
- Lunch is available at luncheon seminars on: Friday February 23 and Saturday February 24, 2018.
- Light meal and drink is available at morning seminars on Friday February 23 and Saturday February 24, 2018.
- Light meal is also provided to delegates attending “Meet the Professor” session.

Payment Deadlines and Conditions
Credit card payment (in Japanese yen only) is the preferred method of payment. The following types of credit card are accepted as part of the online registration process: Visa, MasterCard®, JCB, AMEX and Diners Club
Please contact the Registration Customer Service at email@example.com if you wish to pay by bank transfer. Please note the bank transfer admission fee (around 4,500 JPY ≒ 40 USD for overseas remittance) should be borne by applicants. If full payment is not received by the corresponding deadline (early or regular rate), the subsequent rate automatically applies.
Replacements and Cancellation Policies
All cancellation must be made in writing to the ISN Frontiers 2018-Registration office E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation requests received before January 15, 2018 are subject to an administrative charge of 50%. For cancellation received after this date, no refunds will be made.
Replacements (= delegate name change) of a confirmed registration must be made until January 15, 2018. Reissue of lost badges onsite during the meeting (for confirmed registrations) are subject to an administrative charge of 3,000 yen.
